Some time ago we started the project “Give what you really need”. In August our Dependent Care Coordinator, visited as many as 25 patients and their families, recognizing their medical and non-medical needs.

Dependent people need the help of doctors, nurses and caretakers of our hospice, but in cooperation with the network, we managed to help the patients and their carers also in several non-medical issues:
💁‍♂️ the need for respite care was reported for 2 caregivers,
🖇 in arranging various documents,
👩‍🦽 in obtaining funding for a ramp fot those who are in a wheelchair,
♿️ in obtaining a disability group,
🏡 assistance in placing the patient in the home care center for the time of renovation of the apartment.
