On March 5-6, 2024 in Warsaw, Poland. a conference will be held to share the results of the implementation of the new model of hospice home care in rural areas, “To give what is really needed.” This conference will be a summary of our activities in this model, at which we will present our conclusions and recommendations for changes in the operation of home hospice care.
