We invited representatives of the local support network to the meeting summarizing the project activity.
The creation of a local support network and its cooperation with the medical team of the home hospice was one of the tasks that the project envisioned. We not only accomplished this task by organizing the network and creating baskets of services in 5 municipalities, but also created a very positive movement in the local communities, opening them up to cooperation and the emergence of new ideas. Much credit for this goes to the dependent care coordinator, who activated the community through his contacts.
Among those present at the meeting were representatives of local authorities, uniformed services, as well as social welfare centers, health care, schools and associations.
We revisited the genesis of the project, communicated the recommendations resulting from our joint action, which we address to decision-makers at the national level, and at the hands of those present we thanked the organizations that supported us.
And as those present assured us, this is just a good start to our cooperation!
